OUR MINISTRIES : THE GREENHOUSE
Ministry to Children

“So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” 1 Corinthians 3:7

A greenhouse is a structure that is designed to offer a warm and safe environment for young plants to grow. As seedlings develop in strength, they are eventually removed from the greenhouse and planted in the outside world to grow, produce and multiply. Likewise, our desire is that the Greenhouse children’s ministry will provide a loving atmosphere where the spiritual growth of young children will increase and flourish. We want our children’s love of Christ to propel them into the world to bear fruit and reap a harvest for the Lord.

Rather than simply increase knowledge or modify behavior, our primary focus is on shepherding children’s hearts. Therefore, classes not only include singing and biblical instruction but also small group discussion and home assignments that encourage application of the lessons. We hope the Greenhouse will be a place where your children not only learn about but also experience the grace of Christ. If you have further questions, please contact us at greenhouse@lifesongcc.com.

Because Communion is served during the worship service once a month, there is NO GREENHOUSE on the first Sunday of each month. There is a children’s message during the service and a children’s worksheet is provided, but our hope is that all children would participate in the worship service as much as they are able.
